Tech Trek Program Coordinator:

We’re looking for a Program Coordinator for Tech Trek to be the calm, organized center in an evolving and fast-paced student program. The Tech Trek program brings together Black and Latinx computer science students from across the United States for a week of community building and visits to Bay Area tech companies. The Program Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Program Manager to implement the program and ensure an impactful experience for Tech Trek participants. Ideal candidates would have 1 to 2 years experience coordinating events and motivated to be a part of all aspects involved in developing and designing programming.


Candidates will thrive in the role of Program Coordinator if they have an integral belief in our mission to want to transform Black and Latinx lives and see them thrive. Coordinator must have excellent operational excellence and coordination mindset and experience (live in the details, organized, plans ahead) and also have at least one year's worth experience/training in facilitation and/or co-facilitation of workshops, seminars, etc.
