The 2020 Rebele Symposium - to be held the day after Super Tuesday - will focus on swing-state coverage of the presidential election and will feature reporters from Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Florida. Come hear a political analysis from reporters on the front lines of the states that will determine the next president. Learn how covering the 2020 election compares to past campaigns given the level of political polarization in the country and hear how voters feel about the media. We will discuss the impact of misinformation and disinformation on the vote and explore ways to restore respect for credible fact-based news. The panel will feature:

Amy Hollyfield is Senior Deputy Editor of News for the Tampa Bay Times. Hollyfield has worked at the Times for more than 20 years, starting her career as an intern in the Sports Department. Her heart is in political coverage where she has led reporters through three presidential elections and worked as a reporter and editor for PolitiFact.com

Emily Lawler is a Lansing-based political reporter and editor helping direct coverage of the 2020 presidential election for MLive.com, a leading digital source with eight newspapers across Michigan.

Mica Soellner is a political reporter for the Appleton Post Crescent and the USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin focusing on the 2020 presidential election. She travels the state to talk to voters, attend candidate visits and follow grassroots political activity across Wisconsin. She is also a contributor to PolitiFact Wisconsin where she fact checks Wisconsin's congressional delegation and state officials.

Julia Terruso is the Philadelphia Inquirer 2020 presidential election reporter with a particular focus on the Pennsylvania electorate. Previously, Terruso covered Philadelphia City Hall and wrote about the city's neighborhoods and housing policies.
