  • About: I've been at Stanford as faculty since 1999 (and earlier as a PhD student). Somehow they decided to trust me this year as Graduate Studies Director. I'm sure they'll come to their senses soon. Most of my recent work is in probabilistic computational linguistics, but if I had more time I'd argue that I do have broader interests.
