  • Background: I hail from the fair city of San Francisco, and came to Stanford having no idea (or too many ideas) about what to major in and how to find time for all the classes I wanted to take. I tried out some Sym Sys classes my sophomore year and found a major that I loved, but I'm still working on the problem of finding enough time. I also took Japanese for about 2 years, and spent the spring and summer of 2002 in Japan through the Kyoto-SCTI program. Drop by my office hours if you have any questions, or even if you don't...
  • Doing Now: I am a senior concentrating in Artificial Intelligence, and I'm also interested in Natural Language Processing. I am currently working in the Computational Semantics Lab at CSLI, researching natural language interaction with intelligent tutoring systems.
  • Office hours: Tuesdays 11-noon, Fridays 12:30-2:30 (in 460-040E)
  • About: I am concentrating in Artificial Intelligence, and I'm also interested in Natural Language Processing. Right now, I'm working on a natural language intelligent tutoring system project at CSLI, and in my free time I like reading, watching the simpsons, travelling around the bay area, hearing corny jokes, and having company during my AF office hours...so come by anytime.
